Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, you reserve a time slot in our system that is no longer available to other guests. To be respectful of our time and others', if you know you will not be able to attend your appointment, please reach out to us, and we’d be happy to accommodate you on a later date.

 
 

General Policies

We hope you understand the need for our policies. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of our policies, feel free to ask us about them! We love to make our guests feel happy and comfortable.

 

- We respectfully ask for 48 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

- Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.

- No shows and appointments canceled within 24 hours or less will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.

- A 15-minute grace period is given to late arrivals. After this time, the appointment will unfortunately be canceled.

 

- A credit card number is required to book any appointment with our beauty professionals

- No children or extra guests are allowed in the studio at the time of the service.

- Please keep in mind the studio is a professional environment where other guests come to relax. It is also an environment filled with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. For the safety of your loved ones and others, please make prior arrangements.

- We stand behind our team and their expertise. If you are not satisfied with your service, we are more than happy to work with you on how we can make it better within 7 days of your original appointment. We do not offer full-service refunds.

- Products purchased in the studio have a 14-day exchange policy only. We do not allow refunds for used or open products.

- We love to showcase our talented team's work! At the time of your appointment, pictures may be taken for marketing purposes only.
